Richard Weiss is described by one observer as
"A performer who is pure heart and soul!  His body language on stage is so grounded and positive--all feeling-no ego."A native New Yorker, Richard hosted his own television show in Manhattan called, "Present Nostalgia." He took his comedy writing to the stage in 2006 when he debuted his stand-up act at the Hollywood Improv, closing out the show. The humorist has gone on to perform stand-up in just about every major club in and around Los Angeles.
While performing with the Improv Group "The Berubians," he wrote and appeared in the show "Sketch in the City" which ran at the Next Stage Theater in Hollywood and received rave reviews. His radio appearances include: Klean Radio, LA Talk Radio and the popular Sam Phillips Show.

When Richard's not in Southern California, he's traveling across the states  performing at sold out shows as part of the "Stand Up To Addiction" Tour. Truly a "Standup Guy" as he's been called, he has written for many comedians, some having gone on to appear on National Television.Richard has also given back by performing for many charitable organizations such as treatment centers, rehabs, hospitals, homeless shelters and for CASA (An organization helping Foster Children). Additionally, he's been a guest of honor at "Toastmasters." His act is versatile and can be structured for the occasion, as he has done corporate, 12 step, church and college shows.
